PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BARBECUE

  • Before grilling, if you cut an onion in half and spread the juicy part on the grill wire, you will prevent the meat from sticking to the grill.
  • In order to prevent the wooden skewer from burning, use after soaking in water for two to three hours.
  • If you are short on time, you can cook the meat in the microwave first, then put it on the barbecue. Your work on the barbecue will be short and the meat will be cooked better.
  • You can cook peppers and onions on the barbecue while waiting for the fire to turn into an aizle.
  • If you want to make smoked meat on the barbecue; cook the meat on the barbecue in half and take it from the fire. Place wet branches on the fire.
  • Put the meat back on the grill. Cover it with a large dome-shaped cover. The cover traps the smoke and allows the meat to gain the smoked taste.
  • After you're done with the grill, you can scrape off any leftovers while the grill's wires are still warm with a metal brush.
  • When cooking fish on the grill, spread the butter on the fish, not on the grill.
  • Place the shrimps longitudinally on the skewers. They are less likely to fall into the fire and curl less.
  • If you want the vegetables to cook well, first cook them in the microwave for 3 minutes. Put olive oil on them and cook them on the grill for a while.
