Grilled Meatballs Recipe
- Place 600 grams of medium fat minced meat in the mixing bowl. Add 1 egg, 1 grated onion, 1 slice of stale bread, 1 teaspoon of cumin, half a teaspoon of salt and pepper.
- Knead the meatballs mix, to which all the ingredients have been added, until it is thickened, and cover it with stretch film and let it age in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Chicken with Sauce Recipe
- Cut the fillet chicken breasts into long thin strips by washing them in water and drying them with paper towels.
- For the sauce mixture; after peeling, drain the water of the dried onion you grated. You can use the pulp part for another meal.
- Grate the tomato, which you peeled off and took the stem, with the thin part of the grater. Place the onion juice and grated tomato in a deep mixing bowl.
- Mix with olive oil, grated garlic, tomato paste, hot sauce, thyme, cumin and coriander.

- Spit the long-aged chicken meat (at least one hour and at most one night if you have time) horizontally on the wooden skewers.

- Share with your loved ones on lavash heated with curly lettuce leaves, ring-cut red onion and tomato slices if desired.
Grilled Vegetable Recipe
- Cut the zucchini and eggplants in large pieces without peeling them.
- Cut the fleshy red peppers into large pieces, where you cut them in half and remove the seeds. Remove the stem parts of the cherry tomatoes.
- Place chopped vegetables and all cherry tomatoes on wooden skewers respectively.
- Put olive oil on them with an egg brush, then bake in the oven or on the grill on oiled paper until colored.
- To prepare pesto sauce, remove the leaves and dry the basil in plenty of water and chop it finely.
- Roast the pine nuts in the fat-free pan for 2-3 minutes to gain crunchiness and make the aroma feel more intense.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese with the thin side of the grater. After sorting the garlic, beat it in a mortar with salt.
- Puree the crushed garlic, roasted pine nuts and chopped basil leaves in the food processor.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese and olive oil little by little and continue the mixing process.
- After placing the grilled vegetables on the serving plate, spread the thick pesto sauce and pomegranate sour on them. Share warmly with your loved ones without waiting.
Liver Shish (skewer) Recipe
- After washing in plenty of water and draining the excess water, cut the lamb liver, which you dried with a paper towel, into small pieces. Blend with salt.
- Cut the tail fat small to be compatible with the liver. Start putting the liver pieces on wooden skewers. Spit a piece of tail fat after two or three pieces of liver. Apply the same procedure to all skewers.
- Cook until the liver skewers turn over on the barbecue fire and are all browned.
- Serve the liver skewers, which you have sprinkled with cumin and served hot with phyllo bread, with dried onions that you have blended with sumac after chopping the piyaz (bean salad).

- Cut the onions into cubes. Drain the water into a deep container.
- Crush the garlic and mix with the onions. Blend lamb mince and beef mince with onion and garlic mixture
- Add the flaked pepper, black pepper and hot pepper paste to the mixture.
- Add oil. Finely chop the parsley and add to the mixture.
- Let the mix rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Grease the grill wire of the oven with tail fat that you can buy from the butcher, or you can grease it with butter.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees in a fanless program.
- Spit the meat on the flat skewers.
- Lay it on the grill wire. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
How to Make Sauced-Wings Recipe?
- Grate the garlic. Mix sunflower oil, milk, yogurt, tomato paste, hot sauce and honey in a large bowl.
- Add the grated garlic, bay leaf, thyme, freshly ground colored pepper, sorted rosemary branches and salt. Mix all the ingredients.
- Cover the chicken wings with the sauce mixture you prepared and place them in a single row on the baking tray.
